What's That Tile?

Support

Something not right in the game, or a question? Write to hello@whatsthattile.com. Tell us your device and what you saw, and a screenshot helps. We read every message.

The shop shows no prices

Prices come from the App Store. If the shop shows a dash or says it is not available right now, the game could not reach the App Store. Check that you are online, then try again a little later.

If it stays that way, check that purchases are allowed on your device: open Settings, then Screen Time, then Content and Privacy Restrictions, then App Store Purchases (or iTunes and App Store Purchases).

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

How your progress is kept

Your progress, coins, cards and settings are saved on your device. Your progress is in your phone's backup; restore from a backup to keep it. That way it comes along when you move to a new iPhone or iPad.

Deleting the game deletes what it saved, so keep a backup first if you want to keep your progress.

Turn off anonymous play data

The game sends small anonymous play numbers, such as which level was played and how long it took, so we can make it better. To stop it, open Help in the game and switch off Share anonymous play data. Nothing is sent after that. More in the privacy policy.

Report a mistake on a card

Every card ends with a short note about the facts (the full note is below). If a fact is wrong, a picture has the wrong name or there is a typo, use the report a mistake form, or write to hello@whatsthattile.com with the world, the card and what should change.
